The question remained: What enduring message had always defined Motion? We set out to uncover the true essence of what has propelled Motion forward, year after year. In the process, we discovered the answer was there all along—Motion has always been about its people.

With the inspiring message, “What makes us whole is what makes us Motion,” celebrated the personal and professional journeys of Motion's employees, recognizing them as the driving force behind the company's achievements.
